Welcome to the Yankton Sioux Tribal (YST) Sex Offender Registry. The Yankton Sioux Tribe adopted the YST Sex Offender Registry and Notification Code as Title XVI, Section 16.1 of the YST Law and Order Code through a referendum vote held on October 10, 2012. The purpose of this Code is to protect the Tribal members, residents, students, employees and visitors of the Yankton Sioux Reservation.

Conditions of Use:

The information is being made available on the internet to facilitate public access to information about persons who have committed sex offenses to enable you to take appropriate precautions to protect yourselves an those in your care from possible harm. The reason for providing this information is to make it more easily available and accessible, not to warn about any specific individual. Individuals included within the registry are included solely by virtue of their conviction record and state and federal law.
